The Deluxe King Room was super comfy, and I loved the fresh fruit in the lobby every morning! The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. Just wished there were a few more coffee mugs in the room, but overall it was a lovely stay! 🌞

Exceptional service from the front desk staff.

During my stay, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud and only blew cold air, making it uncomfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly small for a supposed five-star hotel, and there was a lack of towels. Breakfast was chaotic due to the small dining area, resulting in long queues and noise that felt more like a food court than a hotel.

We loved the spacious room and had a fantastic breakfast selection. The hotel is right by Orchard Road, making it really easy to explore top-notch shops while also being convenient for our family with a baby. It was definitely a highlight of our stay!

My kids wished there were more family amenities, especially a play area or more kid-friendly options during breakfast.

Clean rooms and friendly staff add to the appeal of this centrally located hotel, which is just steps away from shopping and public transit. The comfort of the bed was a highlight, along with complimentary drinks in the fridge. Unfortunately, the lifts were unavailable, forcing a long walk to retrieve my vehicle, and a view of the parking lot dampened the experience somewhat.

I was super impressed with my stay! The room was spacious and comfy, and the staff were really helpful. The location's prime, with easy bus access. Loved the dining options, especially the tasty egg dishes! Just wish the food timing was a bit more consistent.

While the Premier King Room was comfortable, the decor felt dated with some worn-out furniture that could use a refresh. The views from the room overlooked a parking structure, which was disappointing for a hotel situated in a lively area. Additionally, the room wasn't soundproof, making it difficult to block out noise from kids outside or the sounds of the lifts throughout the night, hindering a good sleep.
